Learn how to manage and resolve conflict gently and fairly. Increase understanding and respect. Cultivate the positive and minimize the negative. Robert is trained in Level 1 Gottman couples therapy to help you acquire skills, tools, and hope to get your relationship back on track and get clarity on what's best for you.
When students learn Mindfulness, they calm the nervous system, which helps them to focus at school and respond to challenges skillfully instead of react impulsively. Students learn skills to regulate difficult emotions, increase focus, and cultivate compassion.
Hi, I’m Robert, a licensed psychotherapist, world traveler, and an expat. I’ve touched down on over 30 different countries, working with adolescents, expats, and third culture kids.
I began as a high school counselor to troubled adolescents in California for eight years. Overall, I've been working with adolescents and adults in private practice and schools for almost 20 years.
These days, I provide counseling and therapy to people dealing with the social and emotional challenges of living in Asia, with a focus on expats in Vietnam. I bring a unique, calm, and worldly perspective to therapy. My goal is for you to no longer need therapy.
